Returns

Exchanges
We offer exchanges if:

All original tags and packaging are intact
Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it.
If the product passes quality inspection and meets the return criteria:

Refunds will be approved and processed.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
