Return & Exchange Policy

At Jhatang, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch.

Returns

We offer returns within 5 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 5 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it.

If the product passes quality inspection and meets the return criteria:

  • Refunds will be approved and processed.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Size issues after use

  • Products showing signs of wear

  • Washed products

  • Products without original tags

  • Requests made after the return window

Jhatang reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
